New Services Available to our Patients
WEEKEND WALK-IN GP CONSULTATIONS
If you need to see a Doctor over the weekend, a walk-in service is available from 9am to 5pm up until 11th January 2015 at Clapham Park Group Practice, 72 Clarence Avenue, London, SW4 8JP from 17th January 2015 up until 8th March 2015, this service will be available at Clapham Family Practice, Mary Seacole Centre, 89 Clapham High Street, London, SW4 7DB
You do not have to be registered with these practices to access this service. It is available to ALL Lambeth registered patients.
Remember A&E is for EMERGENCIES only.
You are now able to make appointments, order prescriptions and view information relating to your allergies and adverse reactions, immunisations and medication as part of your medical record. Please register online for Patient Access by clicking here Once registered you will need to come into the surgery with two forms of identification, one of which must contain a photograph (i.e. driving licence and/or passport). You will also need to provide proof of address such as a recent Council Tax or Bank statement. CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU
The Citizen's Advice Bureau are available at the Practice for a Walk-in or timed appointments on Monday, Tuesday and Friday every week.
CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS USING TEXT MESSAGING
From Monday 26th January, you will be able to cancel your appointment by texting the word CANCEL to the number provided when you receive your text reminder.

Repeat Prescription Requests
Please remember that it takes 48 HOURS (2 WORKING DAYS) for a repeat prescription to be processed.
Please ensure that you order your repeat before you run out of medication.
CLOSED FOR STAFF TRAINING
The surgery will be closed from 12:30pm on Tuesday 27th January 2015 for staff training. In an emergency please call SELDOC on 0208 693 9066.

As a patient of this practice, you are able to see any of the doctors or other health care professionals as long as an appointment is available
We operate a booked appointments system. Any registered patient may call 020 8674 6376 to make an appointment or book it online if you are registered to make online bookings and repeat prescriptions. If you are late for an appointment, we may have to ask you to re-book. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that we can offer it to others.
