Text Messaging

We are now using SMS Text Messaging to notify patients of their appointment.  If you do not wish to receive text messages from us, please ask at reception for an opt-out form or by sending us a secure email from our contact us page making sure to include your name, address, date of birth, mobile telephone number and stating that you DO NOT wish to receive text messages.

Repeat Prescription Requests 

Please remember that it takes 48 HOURS (2 WORKING DAYS) for a repeat prescription to be processed.

Please ensure that you order your repeat before you run out of medication.

How information about you helps us to provide better care

The practice must participate in the program so that confidential information from your medical records can be used by the NHS to improve the services offered so we can provide the best possible care for everyone.

The information along with your postcode and NHS number but not your name , are sent to a secure system where it can be linked with other health information.

This allows those planning NHS services or carrying out medical research to use information from different parts of the NHS in a way which does not identify you.

You have a choice .  If you are happy for your information to be used in this way you do not have to do anything.

If you have any concerns or wish to prevent this from happening, please ask reception for a care data exclusion form or if you would like further information, please pick a leaflet “How information about you helps us to provide better care” from the information leaflet table in reception or visit  You can also find more information on the NHS Choices website as well as downloading the Patient Information Leaflets Better Information Means Better Care and the Frequently Asked Questions leaflet.  You can also opt-out of this data sharing by completing the single_Care_Data_Exclusion_Form.pdf  and bring a separate form into the surgery for everyone in the family who wants to opt-out.

As a patient of this practice, you are able to see any of the doctors or other health care professionals as long as an appointment is available

We operate a booked appointments system.  Any registered patient may call 020 8674 6376 to make an appointment or book it online if you are registered to make online bookings and repeat prescriptions.  If you are late for an appointment, we may have to ask you to re-book.  If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that we can offer it to others.
